Shipping
Under normal circumstances, we will post your purchase to you within 2 working days of receiving your order.
From a busy day to day point of view, that means we will send your order to you as swiftly as we can, and at the latest that will be 2 working days after receiving your order.
Orders received early in the morning of a working day, may well be in the post the same day. Most likely the next. We just can't guarantee it.
We ship via standard second class post with Royal Mail. This does not receive a tracking number. We have chosen this route, because after several years of using their service, we have found Royal Mail to be the most reliable. Certain tracked services fail to deliver and, in our experience, far too many times for us to risk your order and our reputation.
Returns Policy
Please notify us at themaverickpress@protonmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, if you wish to return it. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and returned with proof of purchase.
Returns Label
After receiving your message, we will email a Royal Mail Click & Drop shipping label to you, which must be used for postage within 7 days of being issued. This returns label can be printed on your home computer, or by the post office, when you drop off your return.
Unfortunately, if the Royal Mail Click & Drop deadline expires, we are unable to issue another shipping label and it will fall to you, as the customer, to arrange and pay for the return postage.
Refunds
Once we receive your package, we will send you a confirmation email of its arrival.
If eligible, your refund will then be processed through the original payment method, within 7 days of us receiving your return.
Please be aware that your payment method, or bank, may take longer than this to credit your account. We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of any additional return shipping.
